Packet Delivery
Packet Delivery is a game designed to teach the DNS lookup process through a postal service analogy. Detailed instructions are provided below. System Requirements (for downloadable builds):
- This game is supported on Windows 7/8/10, Mac OSX, or Linux operating systems.
- Windows: run Packet-Delivery.exe
- MacOSX: run PacketDelivery_MacOSX.app
- Linux: run packet_delivery.x86_64
- It is recommended you use a computer with at least an Intel i5 or AMD FX 6300 processor and at least 4 GB of RAM.
- A graphics card will help with graphical performance but is not required to run this game.
- If you choose not to download the game, it is also playable in your preferred web browser.
Gameplay Instructions:
- This game is to teach the DNS Lookup process. If you're unfamiliar with DNS lookup, please do not feel intimidated.
- You must complete the "Where Credit is Due" upgrade to complete the game.
- Controls and objectives will be explained in-game, requiring only a mouse and keyboard.
- If you get stuck, press Escape and view the instructions menu for a reminder.
